The non-surgical lifting with eco-guided microfocused ultrasound

Today we will talk about a new treatment, approved by the FDA, which aims to regenerate the skin in depth by stimulating a new production of collagen to obtain an effect comparable to that of a surgical lifting: the non-surgical lifting with eco-guided microfocused ultrasound.

We are talking about an aesthetic medicine treatment lasting about an hour, which is a real novelty in the sector. Indicated for those who need to counteract tissues that are now soft and damaged by cellulite to give the skin a visibly younger and more natural result, without resorting to traditional surgery (with all the risks that surgery would entail).

Before undergoing the treatment, it is advisable to carry out an analysis of cellulite, or localized adiposity, using contact thermography: a patented, all-Italian technology that allows you to analyze and classify the condition of the subcutaneous tissues.

The examination is quick, totally painless and free of any type of side effect: it is based on the application of high resolution thermographic plates on the area to be analyzed which, in a few seconds, will show a clear and sharp image reflecting the tissues underlying.

In the case of cellulite, it is possible to classify it in one of its 4 stages (absent, edematous, fibrous, sclerotic), while in the case of localized adiposity it is possible to distinguish between soft adiposity and hardened adiposity.

Contact thermography is also perfect from a preventive point of view as it is able to highlight the very early stages when still not visible to the naked eye or detectable on palpation.

Once the analysis has been performed, it is possible to proceed with the eco-guided microfocused ultrasound treatment: no needles, no anesthesia, no pain. The treatment exploits the ability of ultrasound to heat the tissues in depth to reactivate the natural process of neocollagenesis; as the name implies, it is an eco-guided treatment therefore it is possible to act in a targeted way and at different depths, directly affecting skin laxity.

As this is a medical procedure, it can only be performed by the aesthetic doctor after a careful assessment of the case.

Furthermore, contact thermography will allow you to re-evaluate the condition after some time in order to be able to intervene promptly with diet and physical activity if the imperfections begin to recur.
