The holidays have recently ended and we are already involved in our daily routine made up of home, office, shopping, friendships and, for those who succeed, gym and physical activity: all activities that take away a lot of time and resources to the point of make us forget to take care of our cellulite.
However, we can start with two aspects that take up very little time: diet and physical activity.
One of the first steps we can take is to limit the consumption of salt as much as possible: we avoid adding it to our food and replacing it with excellent spices. Fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables such as celery, dandelion, watermelon, melon and fennel should not be missing: all foods that promote diuresis.
As for physical activity, if you have the opportunity, you can opt for water sports such as swimming or water aerobics: two excellent activities, effective in the fight against cellulite. Movement promotes fluid drainage and improves blood circulation.
If you have little time, you can think about going for fast walks (better than running since it minimizes the production of lactic acid and free radicals), perhaps to go to work or to go shopping.
